CBD is exploding onto the health and wellness scene like nothing before. It is giving hope of relief to people suffering from so many problems: anxiety, pain, migraines, insomnia and on and on.
It is just coming into the public awareness and folks have a lot of questions about it.
One question is “what is the best way to take CBD?”
I think vaping or inhaling CBD has the greatest potential to help in the fastest way possible. It’s quick, it’s effective, it’s cost efficient and relaxing.
But vaping is mysterious to most people – perhaps a bit scary considering the bad press it’s gotten lately.
One of the concerns is “What is in CBD vape juice anyway?”
Well, there are only a couple of ingredients in CBD vape oil and vape juice. They may not be familiar, but they are so widely used in everyday products that you are most likely already consuming them on a daily basis.
Aside from CBD isolate and hemp extract – vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol and MCT oil are the main “carrier liquids” used in CBD vape products.
This video goes into detail on each of these – what are they made from? Why are they used? Are they dangerous?
We also talk about THC, nicotine and flavorings that may or may not be in your CBD vape.
My purpose is to give you information to decide if vaping CBD is something you would like to do.
Watch the video and decide for yourself. Cheers!
